By accessing or using the VidFlow ("the Agent"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Agent.

2. Description of Service

The Agent is a productivity tool built on the Coda Pack SDK and Superhuman Go platform. It allows users to search, summarize, and interact with YouTube videos (e.g., liking, subscribing, saving to playlists) directly from their workspace interface.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The Agent facilitates interaction with YouTube via the YouTube Data API v3.

Users must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of the videos retrieved from YouTube.

4. Usage Limits and API Quotas

The Agent relies on Google's API quotas. We reserve the right to throttle, limit, or suspend access if usage exceeds our allocated daily quotas or if we detect automated abuse of the service.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Agent only for lawful purposes. You will not use the Agent to spam, artificially inflate video metrics, or bypass YouTube's standard usage limitations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Agent is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate, particularly regarding AI-generated summaries or API uptime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sanmark Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Agent.
